Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost for candidates?

Nothing. Employment agencies in Italy cannot charge workers (art. 11, Legislative Decree 276/2003). The service is paid for by client companies.

Will you definitely call me?

We contact you when there is a position that matches your profile, area and the sector you selected. We cannot guarantee timing or a job: it depends on what client companies need.

Do I need to send my CV now?

No. The recruiter will ask for your CV after the first contact, through official @workagency.it channels.

What do I need to work with you?

Positions are in Italy. To be hired you need the right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a residence permit that allows work). Some positions require Italian; each offer lists its own requirements.

What kind of contract do you offer?

It depends on the position: with temporary staffing your contract is with Work Agency Italy; with recruitment and selection it is directly with the company. Conditions, hours and pay are given to you in writing before you accept.
